About Kevlar Group

Built by veterans. Proven under load.

A service-disabled veteran-owned LLC in Virginia Beach, Virginia — founded on the belief that the people who carried the mission are the right people to support it.

Why "Kevlar"

Kevlar takes its strength from how it's made: thousands of individual fibers, woven so tightly that force applied anywhere is carried by the whole. No single strand stops a round — the weave does.

That's the model for how we build teams. Every engagement is staffed with people whose skills interlock — engineers, analysts, operators, and program managers who carry the load together. When pressure hits one part of the effort, the whole team absorbs it.

Founded and led by military veterans in the heart of Hampton Roads — home to the world's largest naval installation — Kevlar Group brings first-hand operational experience to every engagement. We know what it means when a system goes down in the field, because we've been in the field.

As a small business, we move at the speed our customers need: senior people on the work, direct lines to decision-makers, and no layers between your mission and our accountability.

Why Kevlar Group

The strongest material is the one that flexes.

Kevlar isn't strong because it's rigid — it's strong because thousands of woven fibers distribute impact together. We build our company on the same ideas.

Veteran-led, mission-first

Our leadership served in uniform. We scope work around mission outcomes, not billable hours, and we speak the operational language of the commands we support.

Positioned at the fleet's front door

Headquartered in Virginia Beach, minutes from Naval Station Norfolk, JEB Little Creek–Fort Story, and NAS Oceana — on-site when it matters, not on a plane.

Small-business agility

Direct access to leadership, rapid staffing, and streamlined contracting through small-business set-asides — the responsiveness primes can't match.

Delivery that holds under pressure

Clear accountability, transparent reporting, and quality baked into the process — so what we deliver on day one still performs in year five.

The Cadre

The people behind the weave.

Every fiber counts. Meet the team that carries the load.
