Trevor G. Spiers, Chairman, President and CEO

Trevor G. Spiers

Chairman, President & CEO

Trevor served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman, graduating as an honor graduate of Marine Corps boot camp at Parris Island, South Carolina. He went on to serve as a Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, and as a Marine Marksmanship Instructor. Following his military service, Trevor earned his degree from Virginia Wesleyan University, where he played lacrosse for the Marlins and captained the team during his senior year.

Trevor brings extensive experience in real estate development, having played a leading role in the construction of more than a thousand homes throughout Hampton Roads, with direct oversight of negotiation, acquisition, financing, construction, and sale. In recent years, he has led several of the largest development projects in the City of Norfolk, guiding them from initial concept through purchase negotiation to successful sellout. He has also partnered with local government agencies on the advisement, acquisition, and development of numerous properties, bringing deep experience collaborating with public-sector stakeholders.

Trevor resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Jessica, and their children, Rhea Lynn, Ryder, and Landon. He is active in his community as a member of the Marine Corps League and Guys Doing Good, and has coached youth sports for many years.

Graham Spiers, Director

Director

Graham is a U.S. Navy veteran and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with more than four decades of experience in investment management, risk management, and corporate finance. He served as Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in Putnam Investments’ Global Asset Allocation group, which managed $10 billion, and as Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors, where he led the currency investment management unit and sat on the firm’s Investment Committee.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Travelers Investment Management, Continental Grain, and Union Carbide, and served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Waypoint Advisors, a $550 million multi-family office. Today, Graham teaches long-term portfolio construction through the Osher Institute at William & Mary. He holds a BBA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Nichols College.

John Christly, Director and Chief Information Security Officer

John Christly

Director & Chief Information Security Officer

John is a U.S. Army veteran and leads Kevlar Group’s information security strategy as CISO. He guides the company’s cybersecurity and CMMC compliance practice, helping defense contractors protect sensitive information and meet federal requirements.

Kyle Gahan, Chief Operating Officer

Kyle Gahan

Chief Operating Officer

Kyle is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and officer who leads business operations and customer delivery for Kevlar Group and its subsidiaries, including Kevlar Cyber. He oversees how Kevlar Group executes, from program management and resourcing to quality and on-time delivery, so every engagement meets the standards federal and commercial clients expect.

Robert Provencher, Director of Business Development and Capture

Robert Provencher

Director of Business Development & Capture

Robert is a retired U.S. Marine Corps First Sergeant with 25 years of service and more than two decades growing federal businesses across DoD, GSA, NASA, NOAA, DHS, and the U.S. Coast Guard. At ENSCO, he led the capture of the GSA OASIS+ and NOAA ProTech contracts and grew the business 400%.

He previously held program and business development leadership roles at BAE Systems, B&D Consulting, and TeleSolv Consulting. Robert holds an M.S. in Project Management from Boston University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Science from Sullivan University, and is a certified PMP.

Controller

Jessica oversees Kevlar Group’s financial operations as Controller, managing accounting, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to keep the company audit-ready and compliant with federal contracting requirements.
